The increasingly fierce competition in the world of work has an impact on people getting jobs. condition makes most become migrants by traveling to other countries find a job for decent life future. However, that migrant workers get is often not as expected, so rights are fulfilled. amount violence and non-fulfillment Italy act violates human rights. Therefore, authors wrote this article using normative legal research method analyze who exploited forced labor lack protection regarding minimum wage also aims role International Labour Organization organization protects workers, including from Italy. result shows there urgency ratify Minimum Wage Convention grounds it diminishes exploitation provides binding force sake workers.
